Teen Therapy in Atlanta, GA

For Teens

Feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or like no one really gets it?

Maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re fine when you’re not. Maybe the pressure is nonstop — from school, friends, parents, or even yourself — and you’re not sure where to turn. Therapy can be a space that’s just for you, where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together. No judgment. No lectures. Just someone who listens, gets it, and helps you figure things out one step at a time..

For Parents

You want to help your teen, but they’re pulling away — or struggling silently.

You’ve noticed the signs: mood changes, stress, shutting down, or lashing out. You’re doing your best, but it feels like nothing is getting through. Teen therapy can help your child build tools to manage anxiety, communicate better, and gain confidence — with support from someone who understands what they’re facing developmentally and emotionally.

Common Issues I Help Teens With…

✅ Anxiety & overthinking
✅ School and academic stress
✅ Social pressure or isolation
✅ Low self-esteem or identity concerns
✅ Family tension or communication struggles
✅ Anger or emotional shutdown
✅ Life transitions (moving, graduation, breakups)

What therapy with teens looks like:

Therapy with teens is collaborative, respectful, and paced for your teens. I meet your teen where they are — whether that’s talking through things, using creative tools, or just having space to breathe. We focus on small wins and real progress, without rushing the process. It’s not about “fixing” them — it’s about helping them understand themselves and build skills that work in real life.

What Parents Can Expect:

I value your trust and your role. While our sessions are private (to give your teen space to open up), I stay connected with you in a way that feels respectful and helpful. I’ll check in regularly and share general updates — and if safety ever becomes a concern, you’ll be the first to know. You’re part of the process, even if you’re not in the room.

Having the right guide is important.

My name is Ash Blanton. I’ve been helping teen boys and young adult men launch into adulthood since 2010. I’ve worked in schools, with college athletes, church organizations, and in private practice where I have been fortunate enough to help young men gain the skills necessary for life.

I want your son to be his best, because I believe healthy young men grow into being healthy husbands, fathers, and community leaders.
